The Rules for the Champions Award:
1. Post the award symbol using the #Champions Awards (which originated by Seumas Gallagher/smorgasbord/variety is the spice of life).
2. Thank the sponsor of your Award.
3. Choose at least 5 of your own nominees and remind them of the 5 guidelines.
4. Keep it simple — no need for explanations for the awards. We know how great these folks are.
5. You are free to give this Award as frequently as you wish.
Congrats! You deserve the nomination. It might get heavy if carry with you everyday? Maybe have a tee made.

Congrats Rob
I woke up thinking about writing an email to you. Strange? Sometimes I get what feels like a general premonition. Sounds hooky. You deserve the award for efforts known and unknown. Your knowledge and personal experiences help other’s everyday.
