      1. Consecutive Mondays sounds good to me too – Music Mondays!
Already got some intriguing titles lined up; just like Brad: don’t expect th obvious!

        1. Music Mondays! Perfect theme.
Intriguing…hmm…I’m imagining, but I’ll hold off on guesses. I would never expect the obvious from you!
Haha 🙂 You were surrounded and it was tough getting through the crowds!

The very first record my mom bought for me was K-Tel Records Goofy Greats. I was about 5. This song was on it. I loved it. Also, 1910 Fruitgum Co’s “Simon Says.” Thanks for the time capsule!

    1. That sounds like a great record! This song always makes smile. I’m glad you enjoyed it and that it brought back some good memories. I’m not sure I’ve heard “Simon Says”…but maybe it’s one of those songs you realize you know when you hear it….

          1. Anthrax comes to mind and for some reason Krokus. I’ll probably come up with many more in the next few days. It’s just a case of how I hear it sung by a given metal band in my head. Ozzy would do a good job with it.

            1. Oh, excellent choices! Would you be able to host the poll? No pressure at all and I completely understand if you’re unable… but you are a metal expert — and it was your idea!

I’d love to do this for my other (upcoming) songs of the day too!
