The Respect Award comes to me from Rob at Art by Rob Goldstein. Thank you so much, Rob! I am truly honored. If you’re not already following his blog, please pay him a visit — he’s very welcoming.
What is the Respect Award?
The Respect Award is given by Rob once a year to acknowledge and show respect to fellow bloggers who, in his words, make him a better blogger and make him feel human. They also:
- are compassionate, witty, interesting, rebellious, imaginative, patient, open-minded, and creative.
- are generous with their words and support; they walk their talk.
- raise spirits and make people smile.
What are the rules for The Respect Award?
Nominees don’t have to do a thing. Nada. Nothing.
I’ve done my best to avoid nominating people who don’t accept awards. But again, this is a no obligation award.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who follows, comments, likes, or simply takes a quiet tour of my blog.
I appreciate each and every one of you!

Love ya Danica
I don’t accept awards but since there’s nothing involved I think I can go for this. I’ll write a short thank you post like yours.
I’m struggling with a deep depression, slow coming around. Read most of post but not taking time to interact. I’ll be back soon, seeing my Psych doctor Monday and start shot in knee. When the pain of my knee settles down I should be good to go.
I’m writing a update post about the Advocacy work on Twitter, it blows my mind. In 6 weeks I follow around 40 Charities and as of this morning have 1,917 followers!!!! True surprise. I know you understand how important the success is.
Hugs

Sending love right back to you, M.
I’m glad you’re able to accept!
So sorry you’re struggling. Fingers crossed that you feel better very soon.
It’s wonderful that so many people are being helped by your advocacy work. You have a lot to be proud of, M.
Hugs,
~D

Hi Danica. You do these things so charmingly, so disarmingly, that I’m tempted to get aboard.
But instead I will record my sincere thanks, both for your visits to the new blog and your continued support of Vinyl Connection. And I’ll visit some of the others on your list to see what I’ve been missing.
Warm regards, Bruce.
